Morgans has been trading for 21 years and is well established in Milton Keynes. The Directors have a wealth of experience between them in property residential sales, new homes, rentals, retail marketing and property legal conveyancing. The combined experience of the principles provides 78 years of experience!!
Right from the very beginning, Morgans set the ethos of a high standard of service for clients from dedicated staff members. Property can be a complicated business and it is therefore important to make it simple through excellent communication, so everyone knows where they stand and expectations are met.
Milton Keynes was the ideal location to start Morgans - as the city has grown, so has the company. Morgans’s principles believe that training staff well is essential to the core business to ensure the service standards are maintained. Morgans has promoted from within and has seen 17 year old recruits grow to become lead negotiators, valuation managers, sales managers & directors, during their 21 years of trading.
When letting property it is essential to know the area well. Milton Keynes is a unique new city that has seen continued growth over the past 40 years. The housing offered is varied and unique, so having good local housing knowledge is one of Morgans prime USP’s!!!
Since the very beginning, Morgans have kept pace with an ever changing property business. The letting industry especially has changed (for the good), beyond recognition. With the introduction of Tenancy Deposit Schemes, The letting Ombudsman’s Code of Conduct, National Approved Letting Scheme and Safe Agent Registration, Morgans has acquired all of the experience and qualifications to advise any landlord and tenant of their rights when it comes to property rentals.
